REPLACEMENT CHAIR SEAT

The K-90 style replacement chair seat(s) is made of a specially formulated fiberboard that will not separate.

We suggest using the AD-3508 or AD-3509 Nails for the installation of our REPLACEMENT CHAIR SEAT. They have small heads with a low dome. We also carry Decorative Nails if you are looking for something more decorative. To determine the number of nails necessary, plan on using a least one nail every 1″ to 1 1/2″ apart. For example, a replacement chair seat 13″ in diameter using a 1 1/2″ spacing would require 28 nails.

Replacement Chair Seats can be easily trimmed using the following

pair of shears

tin snips

band saw.

Finish Replacement Chair Seats with

paint

stain

sealed or use as is.

These boards take stain differently than wood, we recommend using a piece of trimmed scrap from the seat board to test the results. We also carry a large selection of paint, and stains for furniture.
