This kit is ideal for the budget-minded. Our kit is less than buying a rocker, which can cost anywhere from $300 to $500. If later, when a nursery rocker isn’t needed any longer, remove the runners and use it in another room. Rocking in a trendy IEKA Strandmon Wing Chair with its cushioned seat and back is an excellent way to relax and enjoy bonding time with your little one. 

Note: * The armchair not included; however, you can purchase one from your nearest IKEA store or online here.

Please take note: The rocking chair runners in this kits are suitable for chairs where the legs are 55cm (21.653 Inch) apart.

The kit includes the following:
–  Two  pre-drilled Oak Rocker Runners
– Four screws
– Drill bit (Used to set a small pilot hole in each of the legs).
– Illustrated instructions

The rocker runners are super easy to install with the handy tips and instructions they come with.

Note: Strandmons purchased after April 2015 have subtle changes and this hack may result in the chair leaning too far backwards. The solution for this is the switch the legs on the chair around ie. put the front legs on the back of the chair and the back legs on the front, then install the rockers.
